In order to know all the physico-chemical characteristics of the nutritional solution, Charline Richard, doctoral student at UniLaSalle, carries out all the analyses in connection with the various molecules of interest composing the solution.
Different experiments are carried out in order to know the properties of the different components of the nutritional solution, alone and in a mixture.
Among the properties sought: anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities.
Om alle fysicochemische eigenschappen van de nutritionele oplossing te kennen, voert doctoraatsstudente Charline Richard (UniLaSalle) alle analyses uit op de verschillende interessante moleculen waaruit de oplossing bestaat.
Verschillende experimenten werden uitgevoerd om de eigenschappen van de afzonderlijke ingrediënten en van hun combinatie te bepalen.
Onder de onderzochte eigenschappen: de anti-inflammatoire en antioxidant activiteit.
