"I chose to do my 4th year internship at BRGM/SGR Alsace, with Davy CRUZ-MERMY (Geology, 2002), an alumnus I met during a Sainte Barbe. A very good experience during which I discovered the study of natural risks. In the 5th year, I applied to the RTM department of the ONF (Restoration of mountainous terrain), in response to an internship offer also posted by a former student, Magalie CHAPUIS (Geology, 2007). Several months confirmed by a temporary employment.
At the end of 2009, I broke my temporary contract to go to Reunion Island for two years as a Civilian Volunteer for Technical Assistance (VCAT) with BRGM. Still in this structure, I have been working for almost three years now as a Geotechnical Project Manager, at the disposal of GEODERIS in Metz. I bring my expertise to the State services (to the regional directorates of environment, development and housing) on programmed subjects (studies of hazard, vulnerability, risks...) but also during unexpected events (interventions on disorder, monitoring, technical advice...) on the former mining exploration sites in France.
