At UniLaSalle, rugby has a special place.
A healthy diet adapted to the needs of sportsmen and women is essential for the practice of rugby, which requires sustained and intermittent efforts.
Thanks to their expertise, the 4th year students of the Food and Health MSc training course and their teachers have committed themselves to the BRC-XV for "the improvement of the dietary behavior of the club's young people".
Some of them have worked with the young athletes of the U16 and U19 categories in order to make them aware of a balanced diet with regard to their weekly activities (regular day, training, competition...). Others will train the employees of the rugby club and the volunteer supervisors of the Rugby School (U6 to U12) in a balanced diet that meets the needs of young people while taking into account the pleasure and budgetary constraints associated with the meals and snacks served.
