For this 11th edition, the day was an opportunity to exchange and share on the integration of the circular economy in governance: what are the tools and good practices?
This 11th edition organized at UniLaSalle Rennes | École des métiers de l'environnement and supported by the Interreg Blueprint project was prepared by Lucie Domingo (teacher-researcher in eco-design and head of the Specialized Master training) and the students of the Specialized Master Circular Economy.
A flagship event for the class.
This year, the theme was governance issues in the circular economy.
A round table aimed to present original local initiatives on governance in communities, multi-stakeholder projects around flax, biodiversity and resource recovery.
Then a conference took a critical look at the future of the circular economy concept when it is seized by European institutional actors. Between utopia of green growth and constraints. Many thanks to Zora Kovacic for her intervention.
This annual event is a boost! Together, motivated to accompany companies and communities concerned with finding a circular economy model.

Morning session
- Introduction of the day with Geoffroy Belhenniche, Abdoulaye Kane and Lucie Domingo
- A round-table discussion moderated by Nathalie Cousin, "Innovation and foresight in the circular economy" department of the Brittany Region, with the participation of Virginie L'Haridon from G4DEC, Laëtitia Thébaud-Pamart from Lot 0 and Carine Ritan-Olivry for Jamais Lin Sans l'autre, who answered the question: What kind of governance is needed for companies and local authorities to make the transition to the circular economy?
The circular economy must be integrated upstream of a project and it is necessary to involve the governance quickly in the setting up. Explanations and concrete cases!
