From February 14 to 18, 147 students and apprentices from the various engineering courses in Electronic Engineering and Digital Systems put themselves in the shoes of an entrepreneur thanks to a business game.
147 students, 21 teams, 1 market. For one week, 4th year students and apprentices from our Amiens campus are taking part in a business simulation game as part of the "humanities and business" curriculum.
The objective is simple: to stand out from the competition and become the market leader by respecting the constraints and deadlines while avoiding the pitfalls.
From a pedagogical point of view, the exercise allows these future engineers to understand the company in its entirety, from purchasing to finance, including marketing and management.
The business game will end with a 10-minute final pitch during which each group, made up of students from the various fields, will have to convince an investor. In addition to the general ranking, three challenges will be awarded to a winner: management, finance and communication.
