Het ADAGIO project voorgesteld op de technische dagen “natuurlijke pigmenten en levensmiddelenkleurstoffen” op 04/11/2022 in Béthune
On November 3 and 4, 2021 took place the technical days dyes and natural pigments at the IUT of Bethune, organized with the cluster IAR. During this event, Charline Richard, PhD student at UniLaSalle, presented some results from the physicochemical characterization of the nutritional solution. This solution is produced and evaluated for animal and human food by the members of the INTERREG ADAGIO project.
Op 3 en 4 november 2021 vonden de technische dagen kleurstoffen en natuurlijke pigmenten, georganiseerd door de koepel IAR, plaats op het IUT te Béthune. Tijdens dit evenement presenteerde doctoraatsstudente Charline Richard (UniLaSalle) een deel van de resultaten van de fysicochemische karakterisering van het voedingssupplement. Dit supplement wordt geproduceerd en geëvalueerd voor dierlijke en humane voeding door de leden van het INTERREG ADAGIO project.
