In May, UniLaSalle celebrates entrepreneurship with the aim of encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit among students. Focus on the Amiens campus.
Entrepreneurship month is a time when students are encouraged to explore their entrepreneurial spirit. It's a time when young creative minds can develop their innovative ideas, learn entrepreneurial skills and connect with valuable mentors and resources to turn their dreams into reality.
4 students on the Challenge Amiens Campus podium
On Tuesday May 16, at the Quai de l'Innovation, the awards ceremony for the 14th edition of the Challenge Amiens Campus took place, with 2 groups of UniLaSalle Amiens students taking 1st and 2nd prize for ideation.
What is the Challenge Amiens Campus? It's a competition that enables students and recent graduates from Amiens to put forward a business creation project. The aim is to promote and reward original ideas, raise awareness of entrepreneurship and business creation, create a common event for all students in the conurbation, and encourage exchanges between students from different institutions or disciplines.
The project by Giovanni OUTERLEYS and Paul FOURNET won the 1st Ideation Prize with the Logik project, an application solution to help organize evenings out with friends. Pierre DAGNIAUX and Aymeric GILLET won the 2nd Ideation Prize for their Ebain project, a connected bathtub that recovers water.
Our prizewinners were also recognized at the Les Entrep' final with the same projects (Logik and Ebain). What is Les Entrep? It's a competition on entrepreneurship and project management, with 21 teams competing.
Pierre DAGNIAUX and Aymeric GILLET's project won the regional Sustainable Development trophy, with its connected water-recovery bathtub. And Giovanni OUTERLEYS and Paul FOURNET's project won the Dream Team Amiens trophy, with its application solution to help organize evenings out with friends.
The Jeune & Audacieux Regional Tour
UniLaSalle was delighted to host the Jeune&Audacieux Regional Tour, initiated by the Hauts-de-France Region and in partnership with BGE Picardie, Dreamakers and the Academy. This event is designed to inspire secondary school pupils and students to create, innovate and undertake, and to encourage meetings with business leaders and support professionals. UniLaSalle Amiens welcomed over 150 young people!
The day was punctuated by themed workshops, animated meetings, game trails showcasing educational tools, with a theme centered on the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The creative projects carried out throughout the year by secondary school pupils, students and their entrepreneur sponsors were honored at the "Dreamakers" and "BGE" prize-giving ceremonies organized in the afternoon.
