Five 4th-year students from UniLaSalle Beauvais - Sarah, Glawdys, Lisa, Margot and Anouck - will represent the campus at the prestigious Ecotrophélia 2024 competition, to be held in Rennes from June 18. The competition, open to students from higher education establishments, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and focuses on the presentation of innovative, eco-designed, industrially reproducible food products with outstanding organoleptic qualities.

Nutri75+: Innovation for Seniors

As part of the competition, our talented team will be presenting their innovative brand, Healthy'rup, which develops dilutable products for populations with specific nutritional needs. Their aim is to improve the well-being of consumers, and for this edition, they have created Nutri75+, a dilutable concentrate for seniors living in EHPAD.

Nutri75+ is distinguished by its unique properties:

  • Rich in fiber and protein: this dilutable concentrate is designed to meet the nutritional needs of seniors.
  • Blackcurrant flavoring: For a pleasant, familiar taste.
  • Presence of collagen and VitaFiber: These ingredients help maintain muscle mass and ensure optimal intestinal transit.
  • Packaging in returnable glass bottles: Ecological and practical, with an easy-to-use dosing pump.

With Nutri75+, the team hopes to effectively combat problems common among senior citizens, such as dehydration, sarcopenia, intestinal disorders and loss of taste.
