5 students from the PREVALS program (Prevention, Nutrition and Health Benefits) will participate in the annual OpenAgriFood connected forum on November 4 & 5.
OpenAgriFood is the annual meeting place for the food industry's stakeholders. The stated objective of the event, which will take place virtually this year, is to develop tomorrow's food & food practices.
On this occasion, 5 students from UniLaSalle, in Food & Health will participate in the OpenAgriFood collaborative session scheduled for November 5: Nathalie FAHY, Manon CAUDRELIER-BENAC, Maïalen BRINTET, Maïwen HODEN & Karen SAMAHA.
During this time of work bringing together on each round table a dozen other actors of the food industry, the student-engineers will have to make concrete proposals on the themes, among others, of the pedagogy of food or on the evolution of our modes of consumption.
As part of their preparatory work, our students need you and your opinions. Do not hesitate to answer their survey: https://forms.gle/LZheLgywHQLy5JH8A. The results of the survey will serve as a basis for our students' work for the debate.
At the end of the OpenAgriFood, our students will use the results of this work to propose different actions to improve the eating practices of each & everyone.
