For this year 2021-2022, UniLaSalle's Beauvais campus is pleased to welcome three new doctoral students from different courses and establishments into its ranks. They are interested in a wide variety of issues and fields.

Mahrokh Ebrahimi

Mahrokh Ebrahimi was recruited by the Transformations & Agroressources unit (EA 7519). Her thesis topic is Nanolignin from the ozonation of cellulosic biomass. Mahrokh will work under the responsibility of Thierry Aussenac and will be supervised by Victor Acha. The thesis is financed at 50% by the Hauts-de-France Region via the Research Allowance scheme, and at 50% by the Instituto de Agroquimica y Tecnologia de Alimentos (IATA), located in the city of Paterna (Valencia Region - Spain).

Wendy Sztupeck

Wendy will work on a thesis on the Processing of the non-starch polysaccharide fraction of wheat for the optimization of its functional and nutritional characteristics. Wendy will be a member of the research unit Unité Transformations & Agroressources (EA 7519). Thierry Aussenac will be her thesis supervisor. Wendy will be supervised by Larbi Rhazi. The thesis is 100% financed by UniLaSalle, via a service provided by Paulic Meunerie.

Coline Rozanes

Coline is part of the InTerACT research unit, and started her thesis at UniLaSalle in March 2021. Her thesis focuses on the agroecological transition of a territory with high environmental and cultural value, and is based on the case of the Audomarois marsh biosphere reserve. This CIFRE thesis is financed by the National Association for Research and Technology and the Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Saint-Omer, and its director is Loïc SAUVEE. Elisa MARRACCINI will supervise the thesis.
