The challenges of business models and performance
The Business Models and Performance course focuses on steering organizations at strategic, tactical and operational levels. It relies on a good command of information and the choice of appropriate analytical tools to exploit information, measure performance and establish and steer strategic visions.
The challenges associated with these tools, such as business intelligence, agricultural commodity futures markets, and data model modeling and design, are applied to the agri-food, agri-supply and machinery sectors. CSR/DD levers will also be integrated, with recent developments in dashboards, the customer value approach and value chain/flow mapping.
This course is also aimed at future operational staff who will have to develop an activity within a company or their own personal business (including agricultural entities).
