UniLaSalle encourages its employees to develop their skills through teaching, training or apprenticeship mobility.
Under Erasmus+, professors, researchers and administrative staff benefit from two main types of mobility.
- Teaching mobility involves teaching at least eight hours of courses at a partner university. These courses must be integrated into the academic curriculum of the host institution.
This type of mobility is also open to employees of foreign companies who come to teach at least 8 hours of classes at UniLaSalle.
Mobility duration: from 2 days to 2 months.
- Training mobility enables teachers, researchers and administrative and technical staff to train in a European establishment, company or training organization.
Each year, the International Department informs staff about the possibilities of destinations, financing, and even outside the Erasmus+ framework...
They can propose their mobility project to the International Department and their line manager.
Their project will be studied on the basis of opportunities with the partner, language skills, availability, timetable, etc.
Financing mobility
Erasmus+ mobility grants
Staff (teaching or administrative) can benefit from Erasmus+ funding as part of a mobility program with an Erasmus+ partner.
Accommodation costs
They are calculated according to the duration of the activity and the country of destination.
Travel costs
They are calculated on the basis of the distance per kilometer between the employee's place of residence and the destination.
