Three UniLaSalle courses have made it to the top of the Eduniversal 2022 ranking of the best bachelor's degrees and Grandes Ecoles, while the AgriTen Bachelor's degree (Digital Agriculture and Embedded Technologies) has been awarded an innovation prize.

This Wednesday, December 8, Eduniversal unveiled its 2022 list of the best bachelor's degrees and Grandes Ecoles, among which four UniLaSalle courses feature prominently:

  • The Environment and Sustainable Development bachelor's degree, ranked best bachelor's degree in the "Environment - Sustainable Development" category;
  • The Bachelor of Science and Technology in Agriculture, Digital and Embedded Technologies, which won an innovation award;
  • The Environmental Engineering program, ranked 2nd in the "Engineering Schools specializing in Energy, Environment & Planning - Post-Prépa" category.
  • The Agronomy and Agro-industries engineering program, ranked 2nd in the category "Engineering schools specializing in Agriculture & Agronomy - Post-Prépa".

Born in 2009, this ranking measures the degree of expertise of a program and the training capacity of a school or university through an evaluation based on three criteria:

  • The reputation of the training program, as measured by recruiter recognition;
  • The quality of placement after graduation, measured by salary and further studies;
  • Graduate satisfaction, as measured by an Eduniversal survey.

UniLaSalle's Environment and Sustainable Development Bachelor's degree voted best in the Environment and Sustainable Development field

The bachelor's degree offered on our Rennes campus retains its top ranking among the best bachelor's degrees in environment and sustainable development. An excellent recognition for this 3-year course, which aims to train multi-skilled operational profiles capable of offering companies solutions to optimize and improve their environmental and social performance.

According to Thierry Henrion, director of the Environment and Sustainable Development bachelor's degree program, this course of study is a real response to the needs of companies looking for profiles who will be able to support them as they undergo change.

Innovation prize for the Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Digital and Embedded Technologies 

The aim of this special award is to recognize some of the most innovative new programs that are best adapted to the new demands of the job market.

Seven Bachelors have received awards from Eduniversal, including the Bachelor in Agriculture, Digital and Embedded Technologies, which welcomed its very first class to the Beauvais campus in September.

Responding to the ever-increasing demand for new technologies in the agricultural world, this course trains middle managers to adapt digital solutions, robotics and on-board technologies to different farming practices. The course is supported by the Agro-Machinism and New Technologies Chair, set up in partnership with AGCO-Massey Ferguson, the Michelin Corporate Foundation, the Kuhn Group, the Hauts-de-France Regional Council and the European Union via FEDER funds.

UniLaSalle ranked 2nd best engineering school for energy, environment and planning

The Environmental Engineering program moved up one place from last year to an excellent 2nd position in the Engineering Schools specializing in Energy, Environment and Planning category.

Based in Rennes, this course trains engineers to take concrete action for the environment in a wide variety of sectors. At the heart of the challenges of the circular economy, they work on processes to improve air, water & soil quality, to better recycle & recover waste and to develop renewable energies.

UniLaSalle ranked 2nd best engineering school for agriculture and agronomy

UniLaSalle's Agronomy and Agro-Industries engineering program maintains its 2nd place on the podium of the best engineering programs in agriculture and agronomy.

Based in Beauvais and Rouen, this program trains future professionals for :

  • develop high-performance farming methods in technical, agronomic and environmental terms;
  • create innovative agri-food products while optimizing manufacturing processes;
  • preserve natural resources (biodiversity, water, soil);
  • manage businesses by integrating risk management.
