UniLaSalle is ranked 6th in the Best Employer Experience - Happiness Barometer 2024 thanks to the opinions of recruiters and tutors, with a satisfaction rate of 83%.

One of the main sources of satisfaction for companies is the quality of teaching and support received by UniLaSalle students. Indeed, for 76% of companies, UniLaSalle meets their expectations in terms of follow-up, and 75% of them feel that students are well prepared for the professional world. This satisfaction expressed by companies is the fruit of our close relationship with them and our total consideration of their needs and expectations.
UniLaSalle also stands out for its CSR approach, with 77% of companies surveyed believing that students are well prepared to adopt behaviors that will have a positive impact on tomorrow's world. In the Happy At School 2024 survey, 91.3% of students said they were well prepared to make commitments with a positive impact.

Speak & Act labels the companies and schools offering the best experience to employees, interns, candidates and students, to help them choose the ideal employer and school.
The "Best Employer Experience - Happiness Barometer" CSR ranking and label identifies the schools preferred by recruiters and professionals, and highlights the schools and universities with the best corporate reputations.
This label is based exclusively on the opinions of recruiters and tutors, apprenticeship supervisors and work-study students. Opinions are collected via an anonymous questionnaire, ensuring impartiality and independence. Over the course of 2023 and 2024, recruiters and professionals assessed their level of satisfaction according to various criteria, such as academic excellence, the school's reputation, satisfaction with the level of students graduating from the school, and willingness to recommend the school to their professional network.
