It is clear that the educational model created by Jean-Baptiste de La Salle over 300 years ago is, even today, incredibly modern: emphasis on community life, respect for others and oneself, encouragement to get involved, fight against poverty.

Four historic pillars that strike a particular chord, so much so that they seem tailor-made to meet current challenges.

But the world is changing, and technology is entering the world of education as well as your professional spheres. In doing so, they are refocusing attention on the educator's profession. So now more than ever, in order to provide the best possible support to our students, we must redouble our energy and innovation to adapt our practices.

With your support, we now want to launch a Chair in pedagogical and educational innovation, a “Comprehensive Training” Chair.
